My Background
- I have been helping businesses achieve their marketing goals for 17+ years.
- For 9 years, I worked at the marketing agency Netpeak, where I had experience working with brands such as Depositphotos, Prom.ua, and others.
- In 2021, I created a remote marketing department “Solve Marketing”, where I develop international SaaS projects and other businesses together with my team.
MY GOAL
Help B2B business owners build marketing as a managed function, starting with positioning and offer. Next — audit the funnel, engagement channels, and unit economics; refine goals, KPIs, roles, and areas of responsibility; and set up tracking and regular reporting so that decisions are made based on numbers. At the same time, we are improving service standards and processes by implementing AI as a working tool through specific scenarios in sales, marketing, and operations. Result: a tangible increase in calls in 90 days and a projected marketing system in 6 months.
